Malaysia 2021 Aerogramme "Mel Rakyat"

The Mel Rakyat campaign launched by Pos Malaysia in conjunction with 2021’s World Post Day is in line with the aspirations of the Malaysian Family. 
 
The Mel Rakyat campaign, which runs from Oct 4 to 31, is themed “Celebrating Legacy, Connecting the Future”.
 
Mel Rakyat is a free service for non-commercial letter delivery within Malaysia via a special paper issued by the licensee which shall not contain attachment(s).

Mel Rakyat is a prepaid letter made of special paper which is foldable and has self-adhesive sides. 

The specifications are as follows:

Measurement (folded) is 190mm (length) x 95mm (width)

Weights not more than 20gm

A prepaid letter with no stamp needed for deliver

Costs RM0.30

Is foldable and has self-adhesive sides

Delivery to all destinations nationwide available

Should not contain any enclosures as it will be treated as a non-standard letter and will be charged accordingly
