Vietnam 2024 Floral Seasons in Hanoi
The flowers introduced in the stamp set are adapted from the lyrics of the song Hanoi's 12 flower seasons, a composition by musician Giang Son.
The first stamp set with the theme "Hanoi's 12 flower seasons" was released on April 26, 2014. The stamp set was designed by artist Nguyen Quang Vinh in a graphic style.
In February, Hanoi is dyed by the dreamy purple color of ban flowers. Although the ban flower is not a native flower of Hanoi, it is a flower of the Northwest region, but when grown in Hanoi, the pale pink petals mixed with the purple petals look like the "hearts" of the flower. Highland ethnic people head towards the Capital. Every season when the banyan flowers bloom, the whole long street seems to be dyed purple.
In March, the whole of Hanoi awakens with the white color of sua flowers, clusters of pure white sua flowers stand out among the green buds, Hanoi suddenly becomes more sparkling, more dreamy each season of sua flowers blooming. When the sua flowers fall, the fragile white petals fly away, creating white carpeted streets like in a fairy tale, making Hanoi's old town more romantic.

France 2024 Tresors de Notre Dame
On April 15, 2019, a fire destroyed the cathedral’s spire and most of the roof. French President Emmanuel Macron immediately promised that the cathedral would be rebuilt in five years, and the reopening of the cathedral is scheduled for December 2024.
The Treasures of Notre Dame series began in 2020 with a July 17
issue showing exterior decorations of Notre Dame. A 2021 souvenir sheet
features a stained glass window depicting Adam and Eve. The 2022 sheet and 2023
sheet show a pipe organ and bell, respectively.
The 2024 souvenir sheet shows the wood framework of the cathedral.
Nicknamed “the forest,” the framework of Notre Dame measures about 330 feet
(100 meters) long and 33 feet (10m) high.
Carpenters reconstructed the framework using the wood from
approximately 1,400 oak trees.
